Main Components of Vibrating Screen
The vibrating screen mainly consists of vibrating box, vibrating screen, vibrator, vibrating-relief spring equipment, seat frame, etc. We adopt the cylindrical eccentric vibrator and partial block to proceed the amplitude adjustment .And the vibrator is installed on the side board of the screening box and also proceed the rotating with triangle belt driven by the motor ,which will produce the eccentric inertia force to force the vibrating of screening box .And the side board adopt quality steel material and there also has the connection between the side board and vibrator by the high-strength bolts or ring-grooved lockbolt .
The vibrating screen adopts the seat installation. So the adjustment of the screen inclination can be realized by the change of height of the spring support .
And the round vibrating screen are usually installed on the both sides of the screening frame and the manufacturer will supply the products in the direction of the materials movement if there has no particular requirements .
